Alternative to Vegan Diet

Many of us watched vegan activist promoted video clips of animal cruelty and most of the clips conclude that we should go vegan to be humane to fellow animals.

It is true that there are animal cruelty involved in some production of meat. However, instead of going vegan altogether, there’s another alternative to a more humane way of meat production, and that is to consume Halal or Kosher meat.

Most people think of no pork when think about Halal/Kosher diet, but in fact Halal/Kosher diet is more than just no pork no lard. Halal/Kosher diet also mean human slaughter of animals in the production of meat.

Nowadays I consume mainly Halal diet. I do consume pork but I minimize my consumption of pork as there isn’t a way to guarantee humane slaughter of pig.

I hope everyone reading this blogpost is aware of an alternative to vegan diet for a more humane production of meat.
